Reeze Hanson – Quilting on the Computer: EQ6 (Electric Quilt 6), September 11, 2009

This workshop will allow quilters to gain hands-on experience with this powerful quilt designing software.  In addition to learning the basic functions of the program – designing quilt bocks, placing blocks in quilts, manipulating color and fabric, working with quilt layouts and borders – you will design several blocks and quilts.  Come with a specific project in mind that you would like to design, and you will draw it and learn how to convert those drawings into instructions for making the quilt. The workshop looks at the incredibly powerful quilt designing software of EQ6.  Class fee is $25.  All skill levels, but you must bring and be able to use a laptop computer.
