Tote Bag Bottoms...“I, like most quilters, can’t throw anything away—it might have a use someday. When my rotary cutting mats started to get old, I stored them in my sewing-room closet—I might need these! Our guild was making tote bags recently, and the bottoms were too floppy.… I remembered the cutting mats I had saved.
